Electrical Drafting Engineer

About the role

The Electrical Drafting Engineer will work full‑time on‑site at the OT mine location, creating detailed electrical drawings for panels, distribution systems and industrial installations. You will collaborate closely with electrical engineers, project managers and workshop teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret engineering specifications and produce accurate CAD drawings for electrical panels, motor control centres and distribution networks.
• Maintain drawing and document control, updating files as project designs evolve.
• Review designs for compliance with safety regulations and relevant electrical codes.
• Coordinate with site and workshop teams to resolve design issues and support efficient project execution.

Required profile

• Technical degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Khanbogd soum, Umnugovi province.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD or other electrical drafting software.
• Solid understanding of electrical design principles for industrial and mining applications.
• Knowledge of electricity fundamentals, safety standards and relevant codes.
