Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Technology & Transformation Leader

About the role

Ochir Undraa Group seeks an entrepreneurial technology leader to serve as CEO of its subsidiary, INTELLICOM LLC. This role combines enterprise IT transformation with the creation of commercial B2B technology products, driving growth across mining and industrial automation markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategy, business model, P&L, and growth initiatives.
• Identify business problems and translate them into market‑ready technology solutions.
• Lead product development from concept through MVP/PoC, validation, commercialization, and revenue generation.
• Drive major ERP and digital transformation projects, from business case and vendor selection to implementation and value realization.
• Build and manage high‑performing cross‑functional technology, product, project, and commercial teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years senior leadership experience (CIO, Business Unit Head, Digital Business Head, or equivalent) in technology‑enabled businesses.
• Proven track record of building and commercializing technology products and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Direct experience managing P&L, budgets, and revenue targets.
• Successful delivery of at least one large‑scale ERP or enterprise digital transformation.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) including selection, implementation, and integration.
• Enterprise IT architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data & analytics, and system integration.
• Agile/Scrum and structured project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF, CISSP).
• Experience with industrial automation technologies such as IoT, SCADA, fleet/asset monitoring, and OT/IT integration.
