Business Line Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Line Manager to lead marketing, sales and support activities for underground mining equipment in Mongolia. The role is part of the RDT Department and reports to the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a yearly marketing plan covering product mix, pricing, promotion and distribution.
• Lead the sales, support and marketing teams, coaching and mentoring staff to achieve targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and drive territory management initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global representatives to align product offerings with market needs.
• Monitor market share, pricing and competitor activity, using CRM and other tools.
• Meet sales and profit targets for the RDT product lines.

Required profile

• BS Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Considerable experience in sales and marketing, preferably in underground mining applications.
• Strong understanding of equipment costs, service operations and automation.
• Demonstrated conflict management, time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
