About the role
The Business Development Manager will work full‑time from our Ulaanbaatar office, driving growth by identifying new restaurant locations and partnership opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new sites for restaurant openings and secure business partners.
- Analyse market trends and monitor competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, suppliers and local partners to negotiate favourable terms.
- Track performance of new restaurants and propose improvement actions.
Required profile
- Strong research, analytical and planning abilities.
- Proven experience in sales, relationship building and deal negotiation.
- Project management skills and ability to build financial models.
- Background in retail, fast‑food or hospitality is a plus.
- Result‑oriented, proactive and capable of working independently in a fast‑moving environment.
