Two Community Coordinators for Dornod ADP

About the role

World Vision is seeking two Community Coordinators to lead and strengthen community‑led initiatives in the Dornod area. The role focuses on improving the well‑being of vulnerable children and their families by partnering with local organisations and volunteers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor community programmes to ensure high quality and measurable child outcomes.
• Develop annual Area Development Program plans, manage budgets and follow World Vision’s Adaptive Program Approach.
• Engage all relevant community members, including RCs, in age‑appropriate activities and ensure their participation in major programme events.
• Maintain and update Most Vulnerable Children (MVC) mapping, using data to adapt strategies and track progress.
• Integrate child protection, gender considerations, Christian commitment, environmental awareness and conflict‑resolution into all initiatives.
• Conduct self‑reviews with stakeholders to capture lessons learned and improve future planning.
• Collect monitoring data with community volunteers and partners, analysing impact and sustainability indicators.
