Training Coordinator for Child Protection Compact Project

About the role

The Training Coordinator will support the Mongolia Child Protection Compact (CPC) project by organizing and delivering training, workshops, and capacity‑building activities. Working closely with government partners, NGOs, and service providers, the role ensures that all learning events are executed on schedule, within budget, and to the quality standards required by World Vision and donors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day implementation of training and capacity‑building activities, aligning with approved plans and timelines.
• Develop and monitor detailed training schedules, venue bookings, material preparation, travel arrangements, and participant logistics.
• Facilitate workshops, trainings, and learning events, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
• Prepare and archive training documentation, including agendas, attendance sheets, activity reports, photos, and participant feedback for donor reporting.
• Support trainers and consultants during delivery, handling logistics and post‑training feedback collection.
• Contribute to quarterly, annual, and ad‑hoc project reports on training outputs and prepare briefs for the Project Director.
• Collaborate with the Program Technical Specialist to ensure alignment with technical terms of reference and guidance.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating training, workshops, or capacity‑building events in a humanitarian or development context.
• Strong organizational and logistical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with government agencies, NGOs, and international partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
