Program Quality, Impact and Evidence Senior Manager

About the role

World Vision Mongolia is seeking a senior leader to drive high‑quality, evidence‑based programming that improves child well‑being across the country. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will guide impact measurement, learning and adaptive management to ensure strategic, data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s measurement of Results for Children and ensure evidence informs program improvements.
• Oversee impact studies, evaluations (AIM, AIM+), and evidence synthesis to assess effectiveness.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team through regular analysis of trends, risks and opportunities.
• Implement adaptive management approaches, translating learning into program enhancements.
• Integrate Future Ready Sponsorship and Integrated Programming Framework quality standards into planning, implementation and review.
• Generate evidence that supports advocacy, resource development and external credibility.
• Lead evidence generation and learning products to strengthen competitiveness for donor funding.
• Provide technical leadership in proposal design, theory of change, logframes and measurement frameworks.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in program quality, impact measurement, evidence generation and learning within an international development or humanitarian context.
• Proven ability to guide strategic decision‑making through data analysis and performance insight.
• Strong understanding of results‑based management frameworks such as Results for Children, Future Ready Sponsorship and Integrated Programming Framework.
• Experience influencing resource acquisition and advocacy through evidence‑based approaches.
