Product Engineer

About the role

We're looking for an ambitious Product Engineer who wants to turn real customer problems into intuitive, reliable software. You'll work closely with founders, designers, and operators to identify what matters, build solutions, and improve them based on how people use them.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship customer‑facing features, operational dashboards, automation engines, AI‑powered workflows and integrations that span the short‑term rental lifecycle.
• Work directly with property managers to understand workflows, identify friction points and decide which problems to solve.
• Take features from idea through frontend, backend, testing and deployment, owning the complete experience in production.
• Collaborate with designers to create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex rental operations.
• Build event‑driven automations and AI‑driven tools that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Develop reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
• Confidence working directly with customers, designers and founders.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and iterate quickly.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
