Asset Health Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Asset Health role is based in Ulaanbaatar. It focuses on monitoring and promoting the health and wellbeing of personnel while supporting safe and sustainable mine‑related operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess occupational health risks across mining activities.
• Coordinate health‑promotion initiatives for employees.
• Provide guidance on preventive measures and arrange medical support when needed.
• Collaborate closely with operations, safety, and human‑resources teams to embed health standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of health outcomes, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for engaging employees and stakeholders.
• Expertise in occupational health and health promotion to identify risks and implement preventive programs.
• Knowledge of medicine to support clinical assessments, referrals, and health‑related decision‑making.
• Relevant qualifications (occupational health, public health, nursing, or medicine) and experience in industrial or mining environments are highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams with solid planning, documentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, risk‑assessment methodologies, and wellness‑program development is an advantage.
