Field Sponsorship Data Analyst

About the role

The Field Sponsorship Data Analyst supports World Vision Mongolia’s child sponsorship programmes by providing technical coordination, guidance and operational support to several Area Development Programmes. Reporting to the Operations and Advocacy Manager, the role ensures high-quality, responsible sponsorship implementation in line with organisational standards and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical expertise and capacity-building to 2-3 Area Development Programmes for Future Ready Sponsorship, child-sponsor engagement and business process management.
• Manage the end-to-end sponsorship process, including business systems, correspondence translation, rich-media quality and data management.
• Support inventory (RC) projection, allocation and integration of sponsorship activities into annual and programme plans.
• Ensure compliance, system functionality and continuous improvement through quality assurance and monitoring.
• Collaborate with ADP staff to embed sponsorship within programme activities and promote community ownership.

Required profile

• Experience in technical coordination or support for multi-programme environments.
• Ability to provide guidance, training and capacity-building to field teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to sponsorship data and processes.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
