Field Sponsorship Data Analyst

About the role

The Field Sponsorship Data Analyst supports World Vision Mongolia’s child sponsorship programmes by providing technical coordination, guidance, and operational support to Area Development Programmes (ADPs). The role ensures high‑quality, responsible sponsorship implementation in line with World Vision standards and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialised technical guidance to 2–3 ADPs for Future Ready Sponsorship, child‑sponsor engagement, and business process management.
• Support the end‑to‑end sponsorship process, including business systems, correspondence translation, rich media quality, and data management.
• Provide technical assistance for RC projection, allocation, and inclusion in annual planning and community‑owned child protection activities.
• Integrate child sponsorship into DME, annual plans, and programme activities, ensuring all age groups benefit.
• Assist ADPs with ongoing child selection, RC selection, and compliance monitoring.
• Strengthen ADP staff capacity through training, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating or analysing child sponsorship or similar humanitarian programmes.
• Strong understanding of World Vision standards, systems, and strategic priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple ADPs and provide technical support.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
