Maintenance Supervisor – Copper Chase, Stones Crossing

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of make‑ready processes and vendor coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the make‑ready process for vacant units: conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, create punch lists, schedule contractors, procure supplies and verify completed work.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and shared facilities.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, coordinating orders with the Community Manager while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Execute monthly preventative‑maintenance tasks as outlined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Strong ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective repairs.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing inventories, schedules and vendor relationships.
• Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
