Strategy Manager

About the role

The Strategy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ulaanbaatar. We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to lead business planning and strategic initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing market dynamics, developing business strategies, supporting execution, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the business environment, market conditions, and industry trends to support informed decision‑making and strategic forecasting.
• Lead the development, review, and refinement of corporate and business unit strategies.
• Monitor and support the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance targets.
• Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business performance and operational excellence.
• Track key strategic and financial performance indicators and provide regular management reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Strategy, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, business planning, financial analysis, corporate finance, management consulting, or a related role.
• Previous experience in FMCG, manufacturing, sales, or large‑scale corporate environments is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English.
