Facilities Supervisor Assistant – Mongolia

About the role

The organization is seeking a Facilities Supervisor Assistant to support the Facilities Manager in Mongolia. This full‑time position will help ensure that buildings and related services are maintained safely, efficiently, and with dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and implementing the annual operations & maintenance plan.
• Support the Facilities Manager in scoping building renovation projects.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to meet organizational goals and maintain facility standards.
• Communicate regularly with customers, employees, vendors, and contractors to foster effective relationships.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Current temple recommend (per Church policy).
• Degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge and experience in facilities, construction, or property management.
• Proven frontline management and leadership abilities in a multi‑discipline environment.
• Strong customer‑relationship focus and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
